Our beautiful 50 acres  will be all  yours to hike, fish, picnic and grill outdoors, or just getaway from it all and relax on the screened porch.  And don't be surprised when our resident donkeys, Tony and Sparky greet you sometime during your stay.

Located 4 miles from  Brownwood and 3 miles from Lake Brownwood, this Texas Hill country property is covered in native oaks and outcroppings of beautiful native stone covered in lichen and moss.

If you are looking for total privacy in a pristine setting for couples or a retreat for the whole family - The Texas Ranch Retreat is the place of you.  Reserved by the night with a two night minimum or by the week.

You have your choice of either guest room for $249.00 per night for 2 guest and each additional

If planning a family or friends retreat, then we offer a loft room with full bed, a hide-a-bed sofa in the
living room, and full bed on screened-in porch to accommodate 10 guest.  Breakfast is not included.

The fully furnished guest house includes:
All electric kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker and city water.
Washer & dryer
Linens and towels are furnished
Dish network
High speed internet
Telephone for local calls.  Cell phone connectivity is limited in this remote setting.

You will need to provide all  your food items and will be responsible for washing and
putting away all dishes used.  Breakfast is not included.

Our ranch house is not suited for children under the age of 4.
We do not allow any animals in the house or on the property.
There is no hunting allowed or the use of any motorized off road vehicles.
